On March 18, Maersk will hold their Annual General Meeting, where executives and shareholders will have the opportunity to vote on 2 resolutions to end the transportation of military cargo to Israel. This is a critical moment for us to let Maersk know that their complicity in war crimes will not go unnoticed. NOW is the time for us to hold them accountable. NOW is the time to take action.

Maersk has a choice: continue enabling war crimes or take a stand against genocide. On March 18th, the world will be watching which side of history Maersk chooses to stand on.

We call on people around the world to join us in showing Maersk that staying in business with a pariah state is a long-term liability. Join or organize an action in your city.

In partnership with Eko, we filed a shareholder resolution with partners, set for a vote on March 18th calling on Maersk to enhance its human rights due diligence and stop the transfer of these deadly weapons.

If we all take action now, we’ll have the power to force Maersk to stop fueling genocide.

Follow the steps below and find sample language for each step in this resource — the more of us who act, the stronger our chances of success.
